Last Pick: A Darkmane Tale 3

It is an ancient evil.  It was born before there were angels and demons, and someone Darkmane went to high school with has just summoned it.

Nathanial Darkmane has many reasons not to return to the town where he grew up.  His wife and child were murdered there.  The rest of this family has become dysfunctional.  His high school years were spent avoiding students who mercilessly teased him about his paranormal gifts.  He left town in disgrace, fired from the police force.

But when an ancient evil that predates the angels is summoned, signs point to a member of Nathan’s class who called it forth.  Now the man who can communicate with ghosts has to go back home and face some of his own to try to destroy the creature called the First Darkness.
